Axians has developed its own methodology for the service delivery. This methodology grows from best practices context, both service management (ITIL, ISO20000, …) and project management (PMI, …) areas where Axians has many certifications. However, from that context, Axians has grounded and matured those processes and areas that best correspond to the type of services and to the particular circumstances of its customers in its almost 30 years of life.
